Ensuring Driver Safety is of utmost importance.

We know our Drivers Safe is important to you.

We understand how important it is to keep your home warm during chilly winter months. However, it’s essential to remember that our delivery trucks are larger and less agile than typical cars. Our drivers always prioritize safety and will not make a delivery if they perceive any risk. With over 60 years of combined driver experience, we entrust our drivers to decide if a delivery is safe to make.

To help ensure timely deliveries, here are some tips to keep in mind:

  • Keep your driveway clear and wide enough for our trucks to maneuver. We recommend at least 10 feet wide, and if you’re facing icy conditions, add sand or salt.
  • Clear a walking path to your propane tanks or oil fill location. This makes it easier for our drivers to locate your fill location, especially when they have multiple stops.
  • Don’t wait until your tank is almost empty before ordering a refill. Typically, we make deliveries to any given area once per week. If we can’t assess your home, you may have to wait a few extra days before we can make it back. By ordering at ¼ tank, you’ll have 70 gallons of reserve, which should last you until we return to your area.
  • Don’t forget about our technicians. If you experience a heating emergency, it’s important to provide our technicians with safe access to your heating equipment.

We value your safety and satisfaction, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us deliver your heating oil and propane safely and efficiently.
